D & H Flagging, Inc. began in March 1988 and has grown to be one of the largest traffic control companies in Oregon. We are a licensed and insured certified DBE/WBE & MWESB subcontractor in the states of Oregon & Washington. All of our flaggers are certified and provide their own safety equipment: paddle, hard hat, and reflective vest. Signs, cones, plastic drums, message boards, arrow boards, truck mounted attenuators and additional equipment are available to rent.
D&H Flagging, Inc. provides complete traffic control services, including computer generated traffic control plans, pilot cars, and a full line of equipment for rent and sale. We have extensive experience with highway, freeway, and bridge projects and have working relationships with ODOT, the City of Portland, and other regulatory agencies.
We provide 24 hour dispatch service for emergency jobs. We suggest at least 24 hour notice for prescheduled jobs to assure employee availability.
